Welcome to Timart. This site offers contemporary original works of art to anyone who wishes to exhibit them or purchase. Art Galleries, companies and individual buyers. Quite a lot of the 'older' paintings and 'recent work' are framed in wood and customized to the individual work but later works and the ones below have been left unframed. After turning 60 in 2007 I now consider myself retired and am not painting so regularly.

Recent Work Experimental colourist Older stuff. Photography.
These paintings are essentially landscapes and seascapes and in some cases it is open to interpretation as to which. The basic elements of landscape are there but it is up to the individual as to how they construct the reality. The reality being the relationship of earth, fire and water. The paint has been applied thickly giving it texture and in places allowing the colours underneath to break through.
